One aspect a project manager needs to be aware of are bank holidays that occur during construction works. Bank holidays have an effect on site production as well as lead times – especially during holidays like Christmas through to the New year. Also, some countrys like Italy ‘wind down’ during the summer which definately has a impact on lead times.
