In the following sub-pages there are different programe examples, each illustrating a different programme for a different procurement/contract type. Although, the principles of scheduling are the same, the content varies. For example, with the two stage tender I’ve demonstrated the procurement process of each sub-contractor. Whereas with a traditional contract I haven’t included that particular process to the programme.

There are no hard and fast rules about programming. It’s about knowing everything about the intended project and demonstrate a clear unique plan of how the project will be delivered on time.
