Multiple Drop Down Lines

With multiple drop down lines a new line is added to the programme at regular intervals.  In the example below each line line is coloured and monitored weekly.   This form of monitoring is particularly useful for the project manager to demonstrate how past design changes have effected the construction performance to date. However, the disadvantage this form of monitoring is the lack of forecasting.  The future can not be predicted –  without re-scheduling the programme.
