New Content – Progress Reporting

I’ve added a new page to this website and I hope you find useful.  It’s all about progress reporting which is one the jobs of the planner.  However, I find what’s really important is remind clients how the project has got to where it is.  I find some clients forget the impact their decisions have on their project and contractors sometimes fail to demonstrate clearly why projects become delayed – leaving the contractor in an awkward situation.  So progress reporting should not only be about where we are now,  but how we got to where we are now.  Hope that makes sense.
